Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 double shot espresso (organic, locally roasted – I used Diabolique European Espresso)

1 scoop PUREPALEO Vanilla Bone Broth Protein (or preferred high-quality vanilla protein)

8-12 oz vanilla almond milk or milk of choice (I use Vanilla Almond MALK for its minimal ingredients)

1 tsp maca root powder (for hormone balance and energy)

½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon (for blood sugar support)

Ice cubes

Method

Brew espresso and set aside to cool slightly.

In a high-speed blender, blend almond milk, maca root powder, Ceylon cinnamon, and protein powder until super frothy and smooth.

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the espresso over the ice.

Pour the frothy protein-almond milk mixture over the espresso.

Stir gently and enjoy!
