Salted Vanilla Collagen Date Latte
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free, Skin-Supportive, Café-Inspired
There’s something so comforting about an iced latte that feels both indulgent and nourishing at the same time. This salted vanilla collagen date latte has genuinely been one of my favourite little afternoon rituals lately. It tastes like a creamy salted caramel vanilla latte from a café, but made with simple whole food ingredients that leave you feeling energized and satisfied instead of sluggish afterwards. The medjool dates create the perfect natural caramel sweetness while adding fibre and minerals, the espresso and vanilla give it that rich cozy café flavour, and the tiny pinch of Celtic salt completely elevates the entire drink, balancing the sweetness and enhancing all the flavours beautifully. Blending everything together creates the dreamiest creamy texture without needing syrups, creamers, or refined sugars. The added HSN Beauty Collagen from Designs for Health mixes in seamlessly with zero weird taste or texture and adds an easy boost of protein while supporting skin hydration, hair, nails, and connective tissue support. It’s refreshing, naturally sweetened, incredibly simple to make, and honestly just SO good!
